Catering office operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours
(approx. 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.).
All catering orders must be formally confirmed before service can begin.
An on‑site contact with the signing authority must be present at every event and must approve any changes during service.
For groups with 100 or more, all orders must be placed 7 business days before the event date.
All events, dietary restrictions, method of payment, and final guest count must be confirmed 3 business days in advance.
If fewer guests attend than confirmed, the confirmed number will be billed.
Payments can be made by Speed Code, Visa/MC, cheque, or EFT.
If a payment method other than Speed code is being used, 50% deposit must be received 3 business days before the event.
A 15% service charge + 5% tax will be applied to all orders. GST exemption applies to groups that provide tax exemption status.
All In-House orders include service staff, table linens, china & glassware.
Specialized events and services, i.e., plated service, passed appetizers, etc., additional labour charges will apply.
Outside food, beverages, or alcohol are not permitted.
All services include paper napkins and recyclable and compostable single-use plates & cutlery.
Table linens may be provided for your service at a charge of $5.00 each.
Please request at the time of ordering to ensure delivery.
China and glassware may be provided for delivery services.
All China & glassware service will require staff to remain on-site.

Delivery orders must reach $100 before tax, or a $30 delivery fee will be applied.
Our bar service has a minimum revenue requirement of $350.00 per bartender for the first three hours of service, with a minimum of $100.00 per hour of service thereafter.
One bartender per 75 guests is included for three hours of service.
Additional bartenders are available at $25.00 per hour (minimum of three (3) hours).
Specialty items (China, décor, floral, equipment) may incur additional fees.
Rentals are billed at current market rates and may include delivery charges.
Missing or unreturned items will be billed at full replacement cost.
In-house and Delivery cancellations made within 3 business days of the event will be charged to

Our team will provide menu alternatives for disclosed dietary restrictions.
While we take precautions to minimize exposure to disclosed allergens and gluten, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of the disclosed allergens or gluten. Practices may vary depending on the ingredients and products used, and meals are prepared in kitchens where cross-contamination may occur.
Those with dietary restrictions are asked to contact our office directly for further information about potential exposure.
In accordance with Alberta Health Services Food Safety Regulations, High‑risk foods left at room temperature for more than 2 hours must be discarded. These foods include, but are not limited to, hot food items, sliced fruit, items containing cream or dairy, sandwiches, salads, fish, and eggs.
Clients and guests may NOT remove these items from the event area.
