 Absolutely! Our talented catering team offer our expertise to assist in crafting the perfect culinary experience for your theme and budget.  

 Each delivery order must total at least $100.00 before tax to avoid a $30.00 delivery fee.   

 Our bar service has a minimum revenue requirement of $350.00 per bartender for the first three hours of service, with a minimum of $100.00 per hour of service thereafter. Clients will be charged the difference if minimums are not met. One bartender per 75 guests is included for three hours of service. Additional bartenders are available at $25.00 per hour (minimum of three (3) hours).  

 We currently deliver anywhere within the Edmonton city limits. 

 As a standard, all delivery & drop-off events are on compostable and recyclable wares. Staff will be provided to tend to hot food replenishments during service at no additional fee.  

Staffing is required for all events served on Chinaware. A minimum of 3 hours is charged for each attendant at $25.00 per hour. The amount of labour required will be assessed by the Catering Manager.  

If your event requires food to be passed or if it’s a plated event, a labour fee of $25.00 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours will be charged, per attendant. The amount of labor required for passed  & plated services will be assessed by the Catering Manager.  

 Food & beverage orders will be subject to a 15% service charge (broken up into “admin fee” & “service fee”) as well as an applicable sales tax of 5%. as well as applicable sales tax of 5%. Our service & admin fees are designed to make sure we provide the best service for your event.   

 All “In House” events (Lister Centre, PLH, and the Community Rooms at University Commons) include linens with all services. 

For all other locations, additional charges starting at $5.00 per table linen will apply.   

 We do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please give us a call to discuss options with our catering team.  

 We require confirmation of the order, guest count and dietary restrictions 5 business days  prior to the event.
